Opportunity Description
We are looking for an HR Manager / Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate an organization's workforce to best use employees' talents
Link an organization's management with its employees
Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
Oversee an organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Should have 1 Year Experience.
Salary: 30k-35k
