Opportunity Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role located in Lahore at odbytes.
The Person will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates, as well as assisting in employee retention and development initiatives.
YOU will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, providing support to employees, and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with proven success in recruitment and employee retention and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in employment laws and regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
