Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up
Manage and perform all related system activities, including monthly server updates
Create scripts and maintain group policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as IT Support Executive
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Time management and planning skills
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
