Responsibilities:
• Confident personality with good communication/excellent interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and should be a flexible team player with can-do approach.
• Able to Handel Patients Video and Voice Calls
• Adhere Shift Roster and maintain Call quality scores
• Maintain minimum patient satisfaction standards
• Basic Health advice, Management of Day to day common problems faced by patients on their own.
• Able to analyze and suggest OTC medicine, First Aid medical advice and home care remedies or possible Medical Lab Test for better treatment of Shifaam’s patients
• Able to refer to the relevant Physician/Health care professional on board with Shifaam.
• Experience and/or expertise in one or preferably more of the following technical areas: community health, maternal and child health, nutrition and common communicable diseases.
Additional Information:
• Experience: 6 months or more basic nursing/pharmacy/medical experience Location: Karachi Verbal & Written Skills: Should be good in spoken & written English and Urdu (along with regional languages are preferable.)
• Other Skills: Basic Computer proficiency and Street Smart
• Qualification: Preferably Medical graduate/ Registered Medical Officers
• Age Group: 25-35 Years
