Opportunity Description
• Fresh and experienced
• Certification in the fitness and training field
• Planning and teaching circuit training, aerobics and other fitness classes as appropriate.
• Encourage clients for right warm up and stretching exercises to avoid injuries
• Ensure clients are using equipments and machines properly
• Stay up to date with latest techniques, workout and physical training
• Follow health and safety precautions while using equipments
• Lead group classes with proper concentration on each client
• Ensure high standard of alertness and efficiency in providing required services to the clients.
• Maintain gym decorum Always wear a smart clean and tidy uniform.
• Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed
• Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and exercise
• Motivate and encourage client through positive words while training
