Basic function To manage the Client Requirement/Solution and provide on time solution and enhance customer relations.

Job Description:

1. Interact with customer for their needs/requirement/solution

2. Address those requirement as per signed contract and deliver it as per urgency and requirement

3. Create, build and maintain warm & strong client relationships by calling and meeting them.

4. Gathering and updating client information on online Customer Relationship Management software.

5. To comply with the performance schedule, required or proposed delivery, taking into consideration all existing commercial business commitments

6. To comply with the integrity and business ethics including satisfactory compliance of employment, antitrust, and consumer protection

7. Ensuring prompt, accurate processing of all aspects of indent and stock orders, including order entry, confirmation, shipping advise, customs clearance, invoicing, forward exchange contracts, packing slips and estimating costs

8. Responsible for the quality solutions by giving the complete product/service information to the customer in a professional manner.
