Job Description

The Sr. Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project of Web & Mobile application as well as other AI & Machine Learning application and infrastructure initiatives. This individual will work directly with a multi-disciplinary, multi-function group of technologists and business professionals to develop and deliver against the plan. This role will be driving technology teams through solution design/development and delivery.

Key Qualifications:

PMP, Agile Experience / Scrum Master

Understands and executes a wide variety of project management approaches, including standard SDLC and PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile / Scrum)

Project Management experience managing infrastructure projects

Must have 3-4 years of past development experience in Web & Mobile Application development.

Responsibilities:

Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, key performance indicators (KPIs), stakeholder coordination and status communication.

Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.

Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.

Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.

Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.

Drive sprints and scrums across various teams.

Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.

Facilitate meetings, discussions and document key decisions made.

Manage tight deadlines.

Manage interdependencies and effective communication channels between all existing projects, key initiatives, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

BS in computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment

Demonstrated understanding of modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes and practices.

Experience managing Web & Mobile Application development, infrastructure, and business applications.

Detailed oriented, taskmaster and communicator.

Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
