4: Strong PHP / Laravel practices

9: Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

13: Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
14: Must have a passion for writing clean, well structured and testable code, and in maintaining a highly-automated development platform and continuous integration system.
15: The candidate should have the following skills: PHP/SQL/ MySQL/SOAP/REST/API/JavaScript /XAMPP/Windows Server/ jQuery / AJAX MVC (CodeIgniter / Laravel) Framework experience a plus WordPress, Drupal and Joomla CMS experience a plus AngularJS experience a plus JAVA React.JS/ ReactNative experience a plus Understanding of VPS (Virtual Private Server), should be able to deploy PHP Apps.
16: Strong understanding of software development best practices, such as working to PHP Standards Recommendations (PSRs), in addition to basic Linux System Administration, Virtual Networking and Docker Containers,Apache, Nginx.
17: Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
18: Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
19: Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
20: Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
21: Grip over Internet technologies and their underlying protocols, such as HTTP, SMTP and DNS.
22: Working with sensitive and business critical data also requires a thorough understanding of security and data integrity issues on the Internet.
23: Extensive experience of Code Management for Teams (GIT), Branch Management, Merging etc. with continuous integration and Agile Development SDLC
24: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and working to applicable W3C standards is also required, along with good knowledge of current and emerging technologies for both frontend and backend web development.
25: Having good Software Design / Design Patterns skills with ability of Clean, re-usable code, high coding standards.
26: Must be good at Organizational Skills, time management, problem breakdown, prioritization and multi tasking
