Opportunity Description
● Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, images, tools, and content and display advertising
● Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
● Look after social media presence across all channels
● Develop a website traffic plan and create goals to meet
● Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
● Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
● Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
● Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.)
● Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
● Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
● Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
● Develop and oversee A/B testing protocols and procedures
● Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
● Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
● Work with developers to improve website speed
● Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
● Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
● Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI's
● Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
● Report on performance
