Opportunity Description
· Receive annual sales targets from Sr. Regional Manager
· Receive and entertain new business clients’ queries through web portal and phone calls on regular basis.
· Arrange and conduct meeting with potential new clients to gather their income, budget and site details.
· Visit new business site with Quality Assurance HSE team.
· Arrange final meeting with potential new client to sign MOU after QA team’s approval of the site.
· Ensure getting upfront franchise fee from newly signed clients.
· Ensure agreement signing with new network associates before campus getting operational.
· Make sure the continuous support to new NWAs according to TE policies & procedures.
· Arrange PR meetings with existing clients on monthly basis to provide continuous support and updating related to marketing activities and Academics.
· Achieve region wide annual targets pertaining to assigned territory for business enhancement in terms of students’ strength & number of campuses.
· Support network associates for compliance to TE policies & procedures on regular basis.
· Liaise with network associates for competitive analysis and share the report with Sr. Regional Manager annually.
· Coordinate with regional office finance to ensure timely reconciliation of royalty fee biannually.
· Ensure clearance of royalty fee backlog.
· Ensure timely delivery of academic support material in coordination with regional academics team.
· Support academics team to arrange their monthly visits to different campuses in region.
· Upgrade old campuses renewal as per TE policies.
· Support in arranging all co-curricular & extra-curricular activities (debate & speech competition, sports competitions etc.) of campuses in respective region.
