Opportunity Description

1: On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to achieve assigned tasks.

2: Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.

3: Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.

4: Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.

5: Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

6: Keep record of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
