Opportunity Description
Female required for a Receptionist and Front desk role.
Job Description
1. Greet and welcome CEO guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Meet & Greet local as well as foreign visitors
3. Ensure reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary requirements.
4. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
5. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
6. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
7. Should have good verbal and written communication skills
8. Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good PowerPoint and Excel skills
10. Fluent in English
11. Managing diaries and organizing meetings
12. Helping with few administration tasks
13. Keeping register for vehicles along with fuel cards ledgers
