The responsibilities include:
Guide and assist customers about features of the projects.
Offer the best solutions on need analysis basis to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Help clients understand prevailing market parameters, price comparisons and legalities to better cater their markets driven needs best suited to their requirements.
Exploit social media to ensure maximum outreach to clients.
Maintain and update listings of the projects
Develop networks of real estate agents and clients
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Keep abreast about real estate markets, best sales promotional practices
