Opportunity Description
Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
Check invoices for inaccuracies
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
Handle general account queries
Contact clients about invoices that are past due
Prepare Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet and Trials.
Followups with Customers and vendors for payment.
Create Sales Tax Invoices.
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Responsible for tax audits and tax returns.
Prepare and record Income Tax Challan of employees and responsible for the submission of income tax return on monthly basis.
Other duties assigned by the Director
