The employee will have to meet students of O/A level, Matric/Intermediate Level and/or American High schooling. Get them to talk about their thoughts, ideas, feelings, and concerns about their career and educational choices. From this information, determine next steps and develop a plan to achieve their goals by giving them choices of countries and or universities where they can go.

- Once a student accepts the offer, get his/her registration done, start working with the student with the required documents needed to apply for visa.

- On receiving all the required documents, do some mock interviews with the students so he/she is prepared to answer all the possible questions that might be asked by the visa officer at the embassy( all the possible questions list will given)

- On the successful visa, make the student pay his/her remaining tuition fee and get flight confirm for the semester starting (we don’t have to book a flight for the student, we just have to follow-up)
