Opportunity Description
Accounts Executive shall:
Process purchases within implemented procedures
Record accounts payable
Update internal systems with financial data
Participate in financial and inventory audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Handle cash float within implemented systems
Compare inventory and financial budgets
Report daily to the top management
Successful Candidate shall have:
Excellent English - spoken and written.
Completed a higher-level examination of ICAP
At least BSc or Ba degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
At least two years hands on experience in audits in a firm of Chartered Accountants (Preferably more)
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Good organizational and time management skills
Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and vendors
The ability to lead and motivate a team
A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
A professional manner
Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
