Opportunity Description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide customer support and assist with system testing. Most of the work will be chat-based, with occasional hands-on testing. This is a long-term contract, 40 hours per week, with all necessary equipment provided.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via WhatsApp chat.

Perform manual system testing.

Work daytime hours and collaborate with international colleagues.

Use and test the darts system provided.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent in English.

Strong empathy, kindness, precision, and proactive approach.

Experience in customer service.

Ability to work with and understand complex software tools.

Nice to Have

Experience working with IT hardware.

Understanding of how networks operate.
