What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
Manage ad budgets to drive efficient customer acquisition and ROI
Stay updated on digital trends to keep campaigns innovative and effective
Creative Direction & Content
Guide the creation of compelling video, copy, and design assets
Collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Write engaging, conversion-focused content for ads, landing pages, and emails
UGC & Influencer Marketing
Build and manage relationships with content creators and influencers
Launch and scale UGC initiatives that improve engagement and conversion
Webinars & Events
Plan, promote, and host webinars and virtual events to educate and convert leads
Leverage performance insights to enhance event outcomes
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, CVR) and provide data-driven recommendations
Run A/B tests on creative, landing pages, and emails to optimize campaign performance
Project Management
Use ClickUp (or similar) to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals
Tools & Platforms You'll Use
HubSpot, Go High Level – CRM & automation
Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma – Design & creative
Google Analytics, SEO tools, A/B testing – Analytics & CRO
Zoom Webinars, Descript – Event and content tools
Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads – Campaign execution
ClickUp – Project and task management
Familiarity with content generation tools is a plus
Your Background
5–8+ years in B2C digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media and performance optimization
Experience marketing consumer SaaS or subscription products
Proven ability to lead full-funnel campaigns and deliver results
Strong writing skills, especially for ads and landing pages
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Skilled in webinar promotion and execution
Bonus: Knowledge of affiliate marketing, CRO tools, and emerging platforms
