Compensation

$50 USD per link — Competitive, performance-based pay structure that rewards quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Link Building Strategy: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to drive organic traffic and search engine visibility.

Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant websites, bloggers, influencers, and online publications.

Competitor Research: Monitor and analyze competitor backlink profiles to inform strategy.

Keyword Targeting: Use keyword research to guide link acquisition efforts toward high-impact opportunities.

Performance Reporting: Track outreach efforts, link placement success, and SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.

Industry Monitoring: Stay current with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link building.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience building backlinks in an SEO-focused role

Comfortable using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Able to work independently and deliver results remotely

Experience with outreach CRM tools and email tracking platforms

Knowledge of on-page SEO and website structure is a plus

SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are a bonus
