Global Pacific Support is looking for a driven and knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve our website’s visibility, drive qualified organic traffic, and boost our overall search engine rankings.

You'll work closely with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with current SEO best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.

Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve SEO-related issues.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with user intent.

Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.

Provide reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continual improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
