Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound calls from customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous manner

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Proven customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Working Conditions:
