Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. You will collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement best SEO practices and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and discover new opportunities.

Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for SEO.

Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend/implement fixes (e.g., site speed, crawl errors, structured data).

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Develop link-building strategies and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content production and web development.

Conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the industry.

Assist in developing and executing local SEO and mobile SEO strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.

Experience with international/multilingual SEO.

Knowledge of content marketing, social media, and paid search advertising.
