Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office resources, supervising administrative staff, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise administrative staff, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training as needed.
Records & Documentation: Maintain company records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Budgeting & Expense Control: Manage administrative budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational costs.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Negotiate contracts with vendors, oversee procurement, and maintain relationships with service providers.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety guidelines, and legal compliance.
Event Planning & Coordination: Organize company meetings, events, and conferences, handling logistics and scheduling.
Support to Management: Assist executives and departments with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
Technology & IT Support Coordination: Work with IT teams to ensure office systems and software are updated and functioning efficiently.
Customer & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, visitors, and internal teams for administrative matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial processes.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or events.
May require flexibility in work hours to accommodate business needs.
