1: Install and configure software and hardware
2: Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
3: Manage network servers and technology tools
4: Set up accounts and workstations
5: Manage IT Assets and keep track of equipment
6: Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
7: Troubleshoot issues and outages
8: Upgrade systems with new releases and models
9: Manage Vendors for supplies, obtain quotations, and follow up on payments.
