1: Primary oversight of small plot seed packaging, ensuring quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery to multiple fields.

2: Support Seed Center Lead in capacity management, forecasting, and prioritization of seed processing operations.

3: Ensure execution of processing protocols as defined in partnership with breeders, scientists, and field testing teams.

4: Supply forecasting and procurement.

5: Provide process improvement leadership for existing and future workflows to drive continuous improvement.

6: To be responsible for training and supervision of up to 50 temporary and/or contract employees.

7: Collaborate with developers to provide software requirements for machine and process control (automation).

8: Be accountable for quality control and continual assessment of processes against established key performance metrics.

9: Perform safety inspections, and assist in providing safety leadership, training and guidance to temporary and/or contract employees.

10: Participate with the team to successfully maintain the Quality Management Standards.
