Opportunity Description
1: Responsible for all cold storage organization, documentation, and inventory
2: Maintain inventory processes to ensure FIFO (first in, first out) usage
3: Lead seeds storage operations and storage cleaning throughout the year
4: Read, understand, and plan accordingly per facility production schedule
5: Responsible for making sure all daily paperwork is completed without error and submitted to the appropriate department in a timely manner
6: Monitor produce quality and implement quality control standards
7: Monitor crop storage during each seasonal rotation
8: Lead storage filling operations
9: Maintain storage facilities in order to obtain highest possible quality and lowest amount of shrink on crop production
10: Monitor all aspects of mechanical and computer control panels, including temperature controls
11: Analyze storage control data and make recommendations to maximize crop quantity and quality
12: Perform other duties as required.
