Opportunity Description
1: Supervision/Management of all the operations matters of the customers
2: Managing the drivers and effectively utilizing the fleet vehicles
3: Ensuring processes and SOPs are being followed at all times.
4: Developing processes and solving operational problems using creative and innovative ideas
5: Arranging trucks as per the requirement of customers from dedicated and non-dedicated fleet.
6: Ensuring customer KPIs are met at all times
7: Preparing and submitting management reports to monitor success of the project
8: Ensuring compliance to HSE policies at all times.
9: Ensuring proper maintenance of fleet vehicles
10: Managing the operations team for assigned projects
11: Staff Development arrangements (driver Training session, Staff skill development)
12: Liaising with buying team and Key account manager to ensure service delivery to customers
