Opportunity Description
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.Allocating areas to sales team Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products and services Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales executives. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
