Opportunity Description
Key Result Areas:
• Tactical Sales & Account Management
• Sales and Account Management of the existing customer base
• Delivering new customer / business development results
• Identifying and executing sales with new customers and distributor customers
• Growth generation with local key customers
▪ Responsibility for selecting regional key customers in a geographical area and growing them in line with the regional or area strategic plan
• Identifying and reporting competitor activities, prepare and implement counteractive
measures.
• Project- and Innovation Management
• Identifying and delivering a pipeline of new projects with innovative and differentiated products and in close cooperation with application engineering/ product management
▪ Strong delivery of innovative and differentiated products solutions via new projects to meet customer needs and find new opportunities in the area to expand the customer base
• Project management with cross-functional internal teams to develop a pipeline of projects with customers
▪ Developing new ideas, concepts and products together with internal technical marketing, product management and application teams
