Opportunity Description
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Execute onboarding SoP to ensure smooth entry of new workforce into the organization.
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with management and internal teams.
Proficient in using HR software.
Create purchase requisitions for equipment and supplies required by employees.
Supporting IT in setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.
Liaison with legal and tax consultants to ensure timely filing of employee records.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures & applicable laws.
Manage internal organization events and establish workplace culture as per company vision.
Support in preparation of monthly payroll
