Opportunity Description
As the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building partnerships with enterprise clients. You will work closely with the leadership and technical teams to understand product capabilities, pitch tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong experience in IT sales, CRM or SaaS products, and global B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global sales strategy focused on the US and Gulf markets.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in software, AI, and CRM domains.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, and project heads.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare client proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Represent CVMeetup in online meetings, virtual conferences, and networking events.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the global IT landscape.
Support the marketing team in shaping campaigns that attract high-value clients from target regions.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in International Sales / Business Development in the IT or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of closing deals with US or Gulf clients.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, AI tools, and automation solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or B2B lead generation platforms.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Operations).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good to Have
Experience with SaaS-based pricing models and recurring revenue streams.
Knowledge of Twilio, AI chatbots, or workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with US business culture and B2B negotiation dynamics.
Prior experience managing a small sales or business development team.
Availability
Immediate joiners preferred.
Long-term position with growth opportunities into Head of Sales / Global Expansion Director roles.
