The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating all stages of software development projects — from client requirement gathering to final delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, experience working with technical teams, and familiarity with CRM or SaaS product development.

You’ll work directly with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met.

Maintain and update project timelines, milestones, and task progress.

Conduct regular follow-ups with developers and designers to track deliverables.

Prepare and share status reports and documentation for management and clients.

Assist in gathering client requirements, preparing user stories, and updating task boards (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

Identify potential project risks or delays and communicate proactively.

Support in QA coordination, testing feedback, and deployment schedules.

Ensure effective communication flow between US/Gulf clients and the Lahore-based development team.

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in IT or software).

Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) — must be confident handling client calls.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with CRM, SaaS, or AI-based projects is highly preferred.

Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Good to Have

Background in working with international clients (US / Gulf region).

Prior experience coordinating mobile or web development teams.

Knowledge of technical documentation, wireframes, or Figma tools.

Ability to create and maintain project dashboards or reports for management.

Availability

Must be available to join within 1 week.
