We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with strong expertise in BLoC architecture and offline data handling (ObjectBox or similar). The ideal candidate must have prior experience in developing CRM or business management applications and should be capable of managing scalable mobile app structures with clean, modular code.

You will be working closely with our backend (Laravel / Node.js) and AI teams to develop our next-generation AI-integrated CRM application.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for CRM platforms.

Implement complex state management using BLoC architecture.

Handle offline database synchronization using ObjectBox or similar local storage systems.

Integrate RESTful APIs and manage seamless data flow between backend and mobile.

Work on features like contact management, lead tracking, and real-time notifications.

Optimize performance for scalability, reliability, and smooth UX.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, AI, Product) in an agile setup.

Write clean, reusable, and testable code with proper documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional experience in Flutter (Dart).

Strong command over BLoC pattern and modular architecture.

Experience working with offline-first mobile apps using ObjectBox, Hive, or similar.

Prior experience in CRM, ERP, or Business Management Systems.

Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and role-based access.

Familiar with Git workflow and deployment processes.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and code optimization.

Good to Have

Experience integrating Twilio or other communication APIs.

Background in AI-integrated or automation-based systems.

Familiarity with Laravel backend APIs or Node.js.

Experience in project leadership or mentoring junior developers.
