We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, developing marketing strategies, and generating new business opportunities through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and social media.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, etc.).

Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing materials and campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and sales results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in IT, education, or services sector).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
