An international e-commerce agency is looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to manage daily operations across multiple client shops. This role includes handling listings, promotions, creator coordination, and ensuring platform compliance. You'll play a key role in driving shop performance and brand visibility, with the opportunity to grow into a Shop Lead position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, pricing updates, approvals, and promotional campaigns on TikTok Shop

Monitor shop health, address compliance issues, and handle platform escalations

Coordinate affiliate and creator outreach using tools such as Euka, Reacher, Kalodata, and Shoplus

Track and analyze performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Support internal reporting and client communication processes

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations

Demonstrated results or portfolio of successful campaigns

Familiarity with TikTok analytics and creator outreach platforms (e.g., Shoplus, Kalodata)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Access to TikTok Shop USA via mobile

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with influencers or affiliate marketing programs

Understanding of TikTok Shop backend systems and compliance policies

Ability to collaborate across remote teams and time zones
