Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiar with HR software and tools (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
