Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing projects from concept to delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, design, development, etc.) and external vendors.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Monitor and track project progress, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution across all digital platforms.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or a similar role.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing, etc.).

Strong understanding of web design, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).

PMP or other project management certifications is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Experience working in an agency environment.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
