Job Summary:

The Email Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, boost conversion rates, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute email marketing strategies that align with overall business and marketing goals.

Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling email copy, visuals, and call-to-action elements.

List Management: Oversee segmentation, list hygiene, and database management to ensure targeted and personalized communication.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, optimize email content, and adjust strategies based on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests to refine subject lines, content, and send times for improved engagement.

Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to relevant data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, and customer service to align email initiatives with broader campaigns.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Proficiency in data analytics and marketing automation tools.

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
